Summary The mission of theCustomer Experience Representative function is to support the overallbusiness strategy for Atos Medical by assisting the Direct to Customergroup in the North America Region. This role will support the U.S.customer call center operations and inside sales functions to optimizecustomer satisfaction and enhance profitable growth throughout ourcustomer management activities. This will be achieved by assisting withactivities related to client retention and revenue generation throughthe sales cycle. Essential Functions Customer Service Accuratelymaintain, analyze, review and organize large quantities of data andprovide updates on information analysis. Support distribution of AtosMedical Products by communicating with customers on the telephone, viaemail, mail and fax. Act as a backup to Customer Support by processingnew customer sales orders and customer requests in periods of highvolume. Responsible for taking requests by phone or web shop andaccurate order entry. Communicate client information necessary toschedule shipment of products. Responsible for processing Web-Shoporders, as assigned. Accurately maintain departmental notes to ensureaccuracy: Insurance, sales, customer, orders, customer demographic andpersonal profile information. Work closely with the Logistics, Insuranceand Accounting Departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries withcustomer satisfaction the primary goal.
