JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Oshkosh, WI-UniversalBranch/Corporate Office - Oshkosh, WI Description POSITION SUMMARY TheCreative Lead serves the Marketing team by performing a wide variety ofconceptualizing, creative development, and coordinating activities toadvertise and promote Verve, a Credit Union\'s programs, products,services, culture, and community. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Directs andis responsible for the creative process. Conceptualize, design and leada wide range of marketing collateral for digital, web, print and video.Maintain brand standards and quality throughout all internal andexternal collateral, including interior design of branches. Createcorporate collateral templates to be used by other team members anddesigners (PowerPoint and Word templates). Direct responsibility foreffective coordination between internal teams and external vendors forcreative execution. This includes managing the vendor relationships forpricing, negotiation and monitoring, along with serving as the liaisonto ensure effective communication related to all projects, enhancements,and production support. Coordinate print production process with vendorsto ensure quality. Maintain key vendor relationships. Proof other teammembers\' work. Organize and maintain marketing asset server. Additionalduties as assigned. DIGITAL DESIGN Conceptualize and design integratedmarketing collateral for digital, web and video. Execute strategic emaildesigns. Create, maintain and update web pages. Post blog articles.Photograph team members and create professional headshots that can beused on marketing materials. Design user-friendly corporate templates tobe used by non-design team members. PRINT DESIGN Create, produce anddistribute marketing publications i.e., print ads, brochures, posters,letters, handouts. Coordinate print production process and managevendors to ensure brand and quality expectations are met. BRANCH DESIGNLead the interior design of branches and locations. Establish designstandards to maintain consistency across regions and locations. Developnew design ideas for special locations/regions (i.e., downtown settingversus small town setting). Maintain designs of interior and exteriorVerve signage, including pylon, directional, monument, and LED signs.Manage vendors to ensure brand and quality expectations are met. BRANDEXPERT Must be a brand expert. Maintain brand expectations and qualitythroughout all marketing collateral. Project a consistent image in allmarketing materials.
