A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesCreative Services:Guides the use and consistency of graphic standards for internal clients and with external vendors.Supports and assists with the conceptual development and design of marketing materials for all distribution channels.Creates and develops finished product for multiple uses.Creates computer graphic layout and gains feedback and approval from client.Prepares electronic files for production or press.Effectively interact with physicians, other employees, administrators, patients and their families, outside vendors, and the public, including working with clients under supervision.Coordinates design with Manager of Creative Services and supports successful outcomes.Project Management:Effectively plans, organizes and analyzes assigned projects, demonstrating initiative under the supervision of others.Builds client relationships by delivering quality products in a timely manner.Maintains the integrity of the brand's look and feel, organizes specifications, preps files for accurate reproduction either digital or print under the creative supervision of the Art DirectorUtilizes technology computer applications to design artwork, create layouts, and manipulate photos and graphics.Creates proofs for client review and approval.Tracking and monitoring time and job requirements and accurately billing clients for projects.Participating in system back-up, file management, staff meetings, and miscellaneous duties as assigned.Consistently meets project deadlines.Team Support:Recognizes and acknowledges value and contribution of each member of the
