　　Discuss terms of agreements for contracts with clients

　　Add the information from contracts into the company database

　　Enforce company contract execution policy and procedures

　　Run reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis

　　Deploy both internal and external requests for status of contracts

　　Conduct contract execution processes

　　Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

　　Facilitate and follow the entire approval and execution process

　　Inspect contracts to ensure completeness

　　Field contracts database and keep it in good condition

　　Manage the entire life cycle of company contracts (from first request to final signature and contract distribution) Requirements - Proficiency with diverse computer applications

　　Organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for expiration dates, future obligations, and other contractual deadlines

　　Relevant experience in the specific field or related area

　　Eagerness to learn quickly

　　Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

　　Strong communication and social skills

　　Data entry experience desired

　　Contract Management experience required
