Reporting to the VP, Legal - Real Estate, the Contract Specialist providescentralized contract administrative support to the legal team assigned to RealEstate. Acts as a single point of contact to manage the real estate inquiryand document administration process with respect to the Company's owned,leased and income real property. Necessitates an understanding of contractingmethods and contract types to maintain and manage agreements. Review and process leases, lease amendments, legal notices, leaseterminations, easements, licenses, estoppel certificates,subordination and non-disturbance agreements, memoranda of lease, bills ofsale, parking agreements, purchase and sale agreements, titlecommitments, surveys, covenants and restrictions, building plans andspecifications and other documentation in connection with the Company'sstrategic and tactical real property transactionsHandles recording of documents, determining jurisdictional standards,assessing recordability and managing deliveries to and from recording agencyManages the contract lifecycle processAnalyzes and drafts contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, realestate industry best practices and legal requirementsProvides ongoing contract management, ensuring compliance with contractualrequirements with both internal personnel and external stakeholdersWorks with attorneys to proactively identify and address key legal issues formanagementActs as a primary point of contact for real estate contracts and contractservicesManages administrative intake process for outside counsel assignment,engagement, tracking and billingTracks and monitors contract intake, detail and lifecycle data providingregular reporting to attorneys supporting real estateWorks in a team-oriented environment while handling multiple projects andassignments often under tight deadlinesCompletes special projects as assignedAdministrative duties as neededPerforms other duties as requested

The pay for this position has a salary range of $60,900.00 to$97,500.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide rangeof factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience andlocation. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms ofcompensation such as bonuses.
