The Construction Lead will perform general carpentry tasksincluding repairs to roof, siding, drywall and structural upgrades andassist with oversight of our structural team. Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssess site prior to project start to obtain measurements. Makestructural improvements such as framing and sistering rafters.Investigate, locate and repair roof leaks. Make various repairs to homefrom solar installation including siding and drywall. Provideprofessional and courteous communication to customers. Maintain thoroughdocumentation of work including photographs and existing site features.Submit all documentation in a timely manner. Perform other basicconstruction related tasks. Maintain a neat and orderly jobsite. Followcompany vehicle rules and regulations. Qualifications & Experience Basicknowledge of carpentry and roofing including use of tools. Flexibilityto perform other construction and maintenance tasks as need. Work safelyon roofs for extended periods of time; ascend and descend ladders.Regularly lift and move up to 40 to 50 lbs. Must have regular, reliableattendance record. Motor Vehicle Report check and pre-employment drugscreening.
