Construction Laborer - 18 full time, temporary, peak load (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/24-11/30/24.

　　Employer: Buffalo's Best Roofing Company, LLC, 4589 Genesee St., Cheektowaga NY 14225.

　　Duties: May assist craft workers, clean/prep worksite area, dig tranches, erect and dismantle scaffolding, load/unload building materials. Bring roof crew tools/materials, clean-up jobsite debris in a workman like manner with garbage cans/wheelbarrows, hands/shovels. Bring siding crew materials/tools, remove/dispose of old siding using hammers, crowbars, shovels, hands, garbage cans/wheelbarrows. Concrete installation: haul materials with wheelbarrow, digging with shovels, raking, and finishing with rakes, floats, and trowels.

　　Employer to provide transportation to and from worksites from designated location: 4589 Genesee St., Cheektowaga NY 14225. Multiple worksite in Erie, and Niagara counties.

　　No education or experience required. On the job training will be provided. Able to lift excess of 50 lbs.

　　Two shifts available-Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm, 40 hours/week at $23.33/hour. OT at $35.00/hour. Some weekends may be required. Raises and bonuses at employer's discretion. Opportunity for higher pay depending on experience.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements with utilities included upon worker request along with corresponding payroll deduction of $87.00/week.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved) (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day w/ receipts.
