Lead construction by ensuring activities as: (Safety, Planning, Supervise, organizing, follow-up, training, controlling and communicating to the field Machines & to co-ordinate with customer) of construction activities.A dmi n istr a t i v e R e sp o nsi b ilitie s :
To study annual plan prepared by management for Construction Department and prepare accordingly an executive plan to guarantee distribution of work among engineers and supervisors in a balanced way in regard to volume of work delegated to each of them.
To study and prepare reports about needs of the department such as (manpower, tools… etc.) and to be secured by Administration
To assure execution and handover of elevators as set in contracts with clients
Prepare comparative reports to measure level of conduct in the department; and to show signs of weakness that allow preparing plans and suggestions necessary for improving performance in the department.
To follow-up with work stages and consumed ours to be compared with the set plan.
Provide technical assistance and to solve all technical problems.
Prepare a monthly report concerning manufacturing orders to the company factories.
Contact and meet customers to address and solve their problems and complaints
with coordination with both Engineering and Financial Departments
To notify Financial Department with develop in work stages at sites to enable the company to collect its dues without delay according to contracts and payment conditions. And to help in preparing transitional supply and construction records if necessary.
Follow-up with supervisors’ visits to jobsites at preparation stage with knowledge of clients; and to assure completion of documented communications with clients till the completion of preparation works of sites according to contract.
To carry inspection and revision operations at job sites to assure the following:
· Quality of construction works
· Technicians come to duty regularly
· Good supervision on operations and good distribution of workers and work tools on those operations by supervisors
· To apply company requirements regarding cost of operations
S afe t y a n d S e c u r it y res p o n sib iliti e s :
To guarantee full implementation of safety and protection plan at jobsites.
To carry periodical sudden revision at jobsites to enhance and to ensure commitment to safety and protection rules and regulations; and to prepare and submit revision report for jobsites to FOD Manager.
To train technicians on observing risks and avoiding potential ones and how to take precaution against such risks.
To apply necessary disciplinary punishment against technicians who disobey safety and protection regulation at jobsites.
To follow-up with technical condition of safety and protection equipment’s and personal equipment’s and to conduct periodical inspections to them to ensure its validity.
