　　Responsibilities

　　Develop and oversee activities designed to promote regulatory compliance and continual survey readiness.

　　Stay informed of regulatory/standards changes and interprets applicability of changes across patient care, ancillary and general departments.

　　Ensure readiness at all organizational levels for regulatory changes and applies innovative methods for implementation.

　　Guide action plan development, performance monitoring and reporting when deficiencies are identified.

　　Collaborate on identifying best practices and streamlines survey preparation.

　　Serve as primary regulatory compliance support for both complex and routine operations and administrative issues.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　Licensed Occupational Therapist preferred.

　　Licensed Physical Therapist preferred.

　　Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing preferred.

　　Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Additional Preferences

　　Three years of clinical experience, one year of leadership experience.
