Job Description
Insight Global is looking to bring on a Commercial Sales Engineer in Crafton! This engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and solutions to commercial and industrial clients. The primary focus of the role is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, provide technical expertise, and achieve sales targets. The commercial sales engineer will collaborate with internal teams, including estimators, technicians, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Business Management, Marketing or related field
Proven experience in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role (3-5 years)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel (locally) Any work experience with commercial HVAC
Mechanical engineering background null
