  How you'll make a difference - Collections Specialist  Responsible for collection efforts for customers with ARR below $50k and greater than zero 4,044 customer accounts based on Sept ARR file Push credit card adoption Create bowler targets and monitoring for this Responsible for monitoring operation of PO request, receipt and upload bot Create bowler targets and monitoring for this Responsible for sustainment of implementation procedures related to "customer information form" Create bowler targets and monitoring for this Want someone that can do problem solving and track down email addresses for instance Implement GainSight LinkedIn tool in order to monitor health of contact information Continue experimentation related to 60+ aged buckets through focused YayPay emails to buckets of customers Create bowler targets and monitoring for this Package 180+ day late balances below $50k for collection agency You'll stand out if you Have strong written and verbal English - We're all across the globe and english is our official language. Have an outstanding communication skills and can manage partners priorities directly. Can multitask and work on multiple ongoing projects, with minimal oversight, documentation, and defined process. Preferred skills/experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics. Demonstrated success in role driven by deadlines, process, reliance on data and continuous improvement. Previous experience with a customer relationship management tool like Salesforce or Siebel. Strong Microsoft Suite of skills.
