Description:

　　The machinist will have the following responsibilities:

　　Looking for candidates who are experienced with CNC mills or CNC lathes

　　CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Horizontal or Vertical Machining Centers, VTL (vertical turret lathe), VMC (vertical machining centers), Boring Mills, etc.

　　Small to large part horizontal and vertical cnc milling/machining centers - part size/capacity up to 60" CUBE

　　Large part CNC vertical turning lathe VTL w/live tooling - up to 78" outside diameter & 18,000# weight capacity

　　Small to medium part CNC lathe w/live tooling 17" swing (OD) x 48" L

　　Large part horizontal lathe - up to 33" swing (OD), x 157" between centers/length

　　CNC full 5-axis milling/machining - part size/capacity up to 36" cube

　　Machining of cast grey ductile iron, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, super alloys, tool steels

　　Candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating their own machines

　　Mastercam programming and use of Fanuc controls

　　Blueprint reading

　　Use of micrometers, calipers and gauges for quality checks on parts

　　Skills:

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVES:

　　Must 5+yrs of CNC Machining exp.

　　Experience with CNC Mills or CNC Lathes

　　Must be able to set up, operate and machine their own parts

　　Must have mastercam programming exp.

　　Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

　　6.Must have own tools
