　　The CNA/Mental Health Aide performs personal care services by completing patient care assignments, providing an atmosphere conducive to treatment, and supporting patients with mental health and chemical dependency issues in an effort to meet the patients' needs.

　　The Human Services Center provides a comprehensive employee orientation including completion of the Certified Nurse Aide (C.N.A.) certification.

　　Multiple positions are available with the option of part- or full-time employment.

　　Knowledge of:

　　mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and chemical dependency;patient safety procedures;patient rights and confidentiality;CPR and first aid;Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Techniques.Ability to:

　　accurately observe, recognize, report, and record physical symptoms and significant behavioral characteristics of patients;
