　　Summary:

　　The Cloud Engineering Lead will oversee the cloud infrastructure and drive the development and optimization of cloud-based solutions. This role involves being an escalation resource, collaborating with various departments to innovate and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud services.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Leadership and Strategy: Lead the cloud engineering team, setting clear objectives and strategies for cloud architecture and services. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure and services.

　　Design and Implementation: Architect, design, and implement cloud solutions that meet the business's scalability, reliability, and security needs. Ensure alignment of architectural designs with business requirements.

　　Team Collaboration: Collaborate with software development, security, and operations teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly into the broader technology landscape of Smile Digital Health.

　　Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security. Implement best practices for cloud cost management and performance.

　　Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud solutions comply with industry standards and company policies. Lead initiatives to improve security posture in the cloud environment.

　　Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for cloud-related issues, leading problem resolution and ensuring minimal downtime.

　　Mentorship and Development: Mentor team members, encouraging their growth and development. Promote a culture of learning and adaptation to new cloud technologies and practices.

　　Vendor Management: Interface with cloud service providers and other technology vendors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

　　Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a focus on leadership and strategy.

　　Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including architecture, development, and administration.

　　Experience in leading cloud migrations, deployments, and optimizations.

　　Strong understanding of network, storage, and virtualization technologies.

　　Proficiency in automation and orchestration tools.

　　Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance in a cloud environment.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

　　Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are advantageous.
