Clinical Support the primary goal is to clinically lead the team to ensure they are creating the best proposal to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
Make clinical decisions to provide the best proposal for the customer.
Quality evaluation of treatment plans performed by the technicians.
Effectively communicate across all departments within the organization.
Design and document guidelines that can be utilized everywhere to ensure quality.
Troubleshooting and interaction with Byte Leadership ProCare Team about specifics customer inquiries.
Create and provide clinical training as required.
Work actively with other departments in projects.
Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Typical Background:
Bachelor’s Degree Doctor in Dental Surgery
Desired three years of proven experience in general dental practice
One year experience in dental aligner industry
English level desired B2 or more.
Basic computer operations, and knowledge of 3D modelling software
Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
