　　Job Summary

　　Adept Home Care is looking to hire TWO FULL TIME Client Onboarding Coordinators to secure new potential clients once our Community Liaison has completed the assessments. COC's will be required to cover various shifts which will include day/evening/overnight and weekends. Clients are mainly located in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. This position is for a very highly motivated individual who enjoys change and working with different clients on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, therefore keeping it interesting. The ideal candidate for this position will manage one of the single most important elements of client success...client onboarding! 

　　IMPORTANT NOTE:  Must have dependable vehicle/valid driver's license and a flexible work week schedule to apply for this position! 

　　Duties may include but not limited to:

　　Cooking and Light Housekeeping

　　Laundry and Change of Bed Linens

　　Grocery Shopping

　　Companionship

　　Range of Motion Exercises

　　Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance

　　Driving to Appointments and Errands

　　Walking and Transfer Assistance

　　Medication Reminders

　　ADL's

　　Ambulation

　　Change Depends

　　Transportation   

　　Caregiver Requirements: 

　　At least 3 years experience

　　2 Step TB Test 

　　Pass Criminal Background Check

　　Pass Child Clearances 

　　Pass FBI Fingerprint Check 

　　Covid-19 Vaccination

　　PAY RATE:  $13.00/hr - $16.00/hr (based on experience)
