Cleaners. 8 temporary/fulltime positions w/ Stretch's Professional Cleaning Services Inc from 3/25/24 - 10/23/24. Provide cleaning service to rental prop/homes/businesses. Perfrm thorough spring/fall heavy clean duty such as clean floors/shampoo rugs/wash walls/glass/clean light fixtures/remove rubbish. Tasks incl clean/dust walls/cabinets/surfaces. Will incl wash ceiling fans/window covering/molding requiring use of ladder. Add'l tasks incl carpet/floor clean/vacuum (incl moving furniture when nec) & window cleaning. Must lift/carry 50 lbs when nec. Wrk up to 6 days/wk w/ shifts varying by day/wrk days varying by wk to incl Sat/Sun. Emplyr paid posthire random drug test reqd of foreign/domestic wrkrs. Posthire background check reqd of all new hires foreign & domestic. Must possess/be able to obtain US drivers license w/in 90 days of hire. Training provided to wrkr. Emplyr pays in advnce or reimbrses wrkrs in 1st workwk for gov't-mandated & visa-related fees (excl passport fees). For nonlocal wrkrs (residing outside normal commute distance) emplyr reimburses inbound travel costs at 50% point in contrct (unless pd in advance). Inbound travel incl transport cost from wrkrs perm residence/place of recruitment, daily meal subsistence (based on rates reqd by law currently $15.46/day min or $59/day max for wrkrs w/ acceptable receipts) & reasonable lodge costs if applicable. Travel reimbrsements based on least-cost common carrier rate. Emplyr provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of contrct or early dismissal except where wrkr has subsqnt emplymnt. Emplyr guarantees to offer hours = to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-wk period of total contrct beginning w/ wrkr's 1st wrkday & ending on contrct end date or any extnsn. Emplyr may count all hrs wrked & any hrs offered w/in standard wrk schedule that a wrkr chooses to not wrk up to max # of daily hrs on job ordr. Wrkrs who vol abandon emplymnt not entitled to payment for outbound travel cost or full 3/4 guarantee.Emplyr provides w/out charge all tools/supplies/equip (incl uniforms) nec to perfrm duty assigned. Emplyr offers free daily transprt to/frm wrksite frm designated pickup loc. Use of transprt vol. Emplyr provides incidental transprt between jobsites. Wage rate $20.14/hr. OT hrs vary @ $30.21/hr. Piece rate offered for certain turnover service. Emplyr pays higher of hrly prevailing wage or piece rate. Raise/bonus offered @ emplyrs discretion based on performance/skill/tenure. Single wrkwk used to compute wages. Payrll period biweekly. Wrkrs paid by check F. Standrd work schdl 8AM-3PM M-F.Emplyr offers 35 hrs/wk. Emplyr may offer more than stated wrk hrs depending on weather/business needs/othr conditions. Extrme heat/cold/rain/drought may affect exact hrs. Emplyr makes all payroll deducts reqd by law. Vol deducts must be pre-authorized in writing & may incl deducts for reasonable FMV cost of rent/util based on # of occupnts electing to reside in emplyr-provided lodge (cost TBD).
