Role Summary
Splunk is looking for interns for Summer 2024! Are you a driven and proactive college student passionate about navigating through transitions and driving positive change? As a Change Manager Intern in our Enterprise Applications and Transformation Office (EATO), you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various change initiatives within our organization.
Seeking a technically astute individual, with the ability to work independently, and move quickly from conversation to solution. The ideal candidate thrives when multitasking, is flexible and enjoys diving in to get things done. High attention to detail, superb communication abilities, and a never-ending curiosity are essential. A positive and fun demeanor is also a must, as we are a great team that lives by the mantra - work hard, have fun, make history!
You will be working with a group of Change Managers who are trusted advisors, strategists, facilitators, communicators, and sometimes trainers who draw from a breadth of experiences. We value the design of change strategies and plans as much as we do implementing them, all while bringing fun into our work. If you want to see the impact of your work and be an integral part of a growing Go to Market change team, what are you waiting for?

Take charge of a small to medium-sized change project(s) collaborating with a change manager to gain practical hands on experience.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or similar fields
At least one semester/quarter remaining to complete after the internship
Available to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks
Nice-to-have Qualifications
We’ve taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. “Nice-to-have” means just that: Nice. To. Have. So, don’t worry if you can’t check off every box. We’re not hiring a list of bullet points–we’re interested in the whole you.
Applicants should possess a strong record of academic achievement
Self-motivation and strong passion for collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills including an ability to build and deliver effective presentations
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
