　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Able to read and understand technical documentation such as schematic diagrams and parts lists.Experience using hand tools for electronic assemble.Must demonstrate the manual dexterity required to perform repetitive assembly operations with reasonable speed and accuracy.Must be able to work under microscopes for long periods of time (requires good visual acuity, with or without correction).Must be able to work under minimum supervision.Must possess basic computer skills within a Windows environment.Knowledge of IPC 610 & J-STD soldering specifications.Must be able to show proficiency in the use of a soldering iron to perform certified soldering.Tools that you must know how to use:

　　tweezersjeweler's screwdriverstorque screwdrivers and wrenchespull test machinespecial equipment online stationKeen attention to detail.

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　Must have completed HS Diploma/GED from an accredited schoolMinimum 1 year of experience in the assembly of small intricate parts and assembly.Minimum 1 year of expert Soldering experience.

　　Desired Characteristics:

　　Familiar with Electric Static Discharge precautions.Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and PDF Viewers.Motivated and a self-starter.
