Job Description

　　A client of Insight Global is looking for a Collaboration Engineer to join their Collaboration Teams in Columbus, OH and Charleston, WV to provide phone/telecom system engineering support. Utilize ServiceNow Ticketing system to help internal users with Genesys, setting up phones, phone numbers, provision accesses, and support the call center environment from a backend engineering level. Participate in project work and provide Genesys phone support as needed with a customer first mindset. Work with Telecom vendors and support Fax issues and participate in the current Fax Migration Project that is up and running (moving from RightFax to Cloud Based Xmedius). BizCom will not migrate to the Cloud or Xmedius but will remain a utilized legacy system. Must have the ability to work in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment, and provide excellent customer service.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 2+ Years of Genesys Phone System Engineering Experience -- Build, Support, Maintain Genesys Call Center Environment

　　o Looking for Genesys CLOUD experience, or experience doing on prem to cloud migration OR cloud to cloud migration

　　o Voice Engineer or Voice Lead

　　* 4+ Years of Telecom Experience

　　* Basic Fax System Experience or Fax System Migration Experience (RightFax to Xmedius)

　　o ANY Cloud Based Fax Systems are a huge win

　　o BizCom is a plus

　　* Associate's Degree or Higher * Cisco

　　* RightFax or Xmedius

　　* IT Certifications null
