  Synergy ECP is looking for an experienced Capture Manager responsible for the following:

  Strategic Analysis:Conduct comprehensive analysis, research, and strategic planning across diverse customers and markets to formulate effective market entry and customer capture plans.

  Opportunity Identification:Identify and qualify high-value opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and capabilities.

  Bid Development:Drive the development of compelling bid strategies, pricing targets, team composition, win themes, and thorough understanding of the competitive landscape for targeted opportunities.

  Proposal Excellence:Lead and support the end-to-end proposal process, including crafting persuasive written proposals and developing accurate Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

  Relationship Management:Establish, cultivate, and sustain robust relationships with customers and business partners to enhance collaboration and business development efforts.

  Requirements

  Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  Experience:Over 12 years of proven success in government contracting

  Market Expertise:In-depth understanding of the Intelligence Community market and emerging trends

  Communication Mastery:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  Client Relationship Building:Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships

  Organizational Prowess:Strong organizational and time management skills

  Collaborative Aptitude:Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  Security Clearance:TS/SCI with active Polygraph
