About Business Execution Consultant - Auto Operations Support Team

  About this role:

  Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Operations Support Team and provide support to the Specialty Operations which includes functions such as repossession, SCRA, reinstatement & redemption, impounds, re-marketing, after-market servicing, titles, collections, payment support, bankruptcy, disaster, insurance support, and customer service.   The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to partner broadly with the line of business to achieve success. This role requires the team member with strong relationship management, influencing, product management and delivery skills. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement while making decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment.

  In this role, you will:Consult and provide guidance on the development, implementation, and monitoring of significant matters regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, business performance improvement opportunities, and helping to manage the risks for the applicable business functionsUtilize thorough knowledge of the business unit's functional area or products to support strategic initiatives for the business Support functions and/or operations/production oversight usually for multiple business groups within a Line of Business Support policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, information security, business continuity planning, capacity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, SLA negotiation/development, reporting and analysis, project funding, pipeline, process improvement, quality management, third party management, communications, financial control/budgeting oversightPresent to executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvementsConsult on process execution matters for risk policies/ programs, business process risk/ control assessment at process levelConduct, execute, or manage risk assessments, ad hoc reviews, quality activities, issue intake process, remediation process, and exam managementProvide work direction to lower-level staffPosting Locations:

  Required Qualifications:2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problemsAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesRisk management and mitigation experienceAbility to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence changeAbility to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoringKnowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk managementKnowledge and understanding of state, federal, and agency legal and regulatory compliance requirementsAbility to identify risks and propose mitigation plansExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of auto lending practices, policies, and proceduresExperience identifying third party risks and problem area and recommending standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve overall performance and compliance.Experience in Scrum and AgileJob Expectations:Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job openingAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeWe Value Diversity
