The Business Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for
Provide Sales Reporting and ad hoc analysis
Perform contract performance (revenue and margin) and price analysis
Support the field force on funnel management and CRM usage
Follow the Price per Reportable customer from the Order to the Billing execution
Rental and Service Billing control and execution, from planning to invoice
Collaborate cross functional on Continuous Improvement projects and ongoing improvement of business processes
This position is part of the Business Analysis Department located in Milan (Cassina de’ Pecchi) and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Create and perform maintenance PBI and Excel Dashboard
Perform recurring and ad hoc analysis and reporting
Follow the Price per Reportable customer from the Order to the Billing execution CRM (Salesforce.com)
Support and management Data entry on ERP (Oracle) for billing process
Process customers billings and invoicing.
Investigate and resolve reported Disputed Invoices.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Local Language and fluent English level
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and knowledge of BI tools
