Position Summary:
The BA role spans the entire lifecycle of the DTO initiative, from governance selection and design to go-live and transitioning to operations. At each step, the BA is responsible for managing stakeholders to progress the initiative
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent
Experience with US Healthcare business domain (desired)
Experience in process design and as-is/to-be business processes documentation
Good to have some knowledge of RPA/Automations from BA or Users perspective
Hands on working with MS-Office applications including MS-Visio
Has the analytical skills required to analysis and process large data sets
Experience in project management
Experience in Agile/Scrum
Good troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, RPA tools
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Primary Responsibilities:
Understand, evaluate, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase the bot throughput.
Plan and execute click-level process shadowing and documentation of DTO initiatives for automation development
Conducting due diligence of business processes landscape by analyzing the as-is state and designing a to-be state of the solution
Perform requirement gathering, PDD/SDD/UC documentation, user story creation, effort estimations, cost benefit analysis, UAT for multiple automation projects using the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool
Liaison with and assist Tech teams, R1 Operations teams, R1 Business Analysts, and R1 leadership on daily development/improvement calls
Answer queries from developers on use cases; capture additional process expectations/ negative process paths as needed
Assist/ work with operators and tech teams on all testing phases: Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Perform/ guide Digital Workforce Analyst (Bot Controller) on account sampling and qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve bot performance, synthesize and present insights and recommendations from data reviewed
Conduct ad-hoc analysis or market scan analysis as needed
Lead/participate in all scrum events
High level of collaboration with PO to maintain N+2 backlog
