Supporting our international business, you will develop analytics and insights to accelerate the rollout of the Starbucks digital solutions (SDS), fueling the dynamic growth in 80+ markets outside of the U.S.

As a superstar business analysis manager, you will:

Ownership! Own the business case model, conducting complex analysis to support decision making.

Business partner! with partner of all levelsfrom analyst to SVP level, across international markets.

Process and finance governance!You will thrive on having a growth mindset! continuously reviewing and improving business processes and instilling robust and scalable fiscal governance.

Review new business proposals, identifies issues, risk, and opportunities.

Develops innovative approaches to complex problems and situations across international regions. Conducts research including external benchmarking and utilizes statistical tools and scenario analysis to guide sound financial business decisions.

We’d love to hear from people with:

Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning, 7 years.

Applicable industry experience, 5 years.(SAAS industry experience preferred but not essential)

Advanced Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling skills

Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontality throughout the organization and with cross functional teams.

Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams 5 years

Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations.

You thrive on working in a faced paced environment, and with ambiguity.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
