Description
Robert Half is seeking a talented and motivated Brand Manager to join our team and lead the charge in enhancing our brand presence through strategic content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing:
• Manage the delivery of priority Consumer Experience Excellence KPIs.
• Forecast and derive insights from key metrics to inform marketing strategies for digital marketing programs (e.g., SEO, SEM, etc.).
• Identify key metrics across the funnel, deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Monitor and analyze performance against traffic, engagement, and other tracked KPIs, making ongoing recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Manage SEO and Ecommerce marketing programs, including copy updates, product page updates, and content uploads.
• Set and track budget spend priorities and KPIs, measuring overall results against the plan.
• Leverage data to apply relevant beta tests on an ongoing basis.
Brand Content Development:
• Work with agency partners and internal teams to develop and execute optimized brand content for Brand.com and digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation and execution of content and optimizations for brand sites to improve site speed, accessibility, engagement, and organic search ranking (SEO).
• Identify new optimization, personalization, and growth opportunities to drive improved site performance and appeal to new consumers.
Business Planning:
• Research and be a thought leader in best practices for all things Digital Marketing related to driving profitable growth through digital marketing and on-site conversion optimization.
Education and Reporting:
• Stay on top of industry best practices and provide a POV/white paper on recommended actions.
• Create a playbook based on best practices and democratize capabilities across the organization.
• Present findings to stakeholders to create an atmosphere of transparency and data-driven optimization.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in content marketing and digital marketing roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
