Branch Manager Washington, D.C. Financial Services
$95k, plus bonus, career growth!
My client is a well-established Credit Union located in Washington, D.C. with a need for an experienced Financial Center Branch Manager to oversee retail banking operations. The Branch Manager will oversee staff, including tellers, sales representatives, sales goals objectives, and customer service. Candidates with credit union experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
• Supervises work scheduling and workflow of daily routine operations.
• Ensures operations are conducted by established Credit Union policies and with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and implements an entrepreneurial approach to effectively running Financial Center Operations and holds the center team accountable for such an approach.
• Assumes responsibility for maintaining proper cash controls.
• Ensures members’ requests and questions are promptly resolved. Handles members’ complaints.
• Ensures members are informed of Credit Union services and policies. Counsels members regarding their financial needs and services requested.
Requirements
Requirements:
5 + years’ experience in financial services
2 + years experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in MS Office, including advanced in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, & Excel
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Ability to base a credit check
BS/BA prefer or equivalent experience
Stable job history
Bank Relations, Customer Service, Staff Management, Relationship Management
