　　As an Experienced Automotive Repair Technician, AAA can offer you:

　　A competitive starting salary dependent on experience and position. The more you turn, the more you earn!

　　A Technicians: $24.00 - $37.00/hr Flat Rate; 30 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

　　B Technicians: $21.00 - $33.00/hr Flat Rate; 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

　　A Productivity Incentive that gives you the potential to earn up to an additional $1,100 per month!

　　Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.

　　What our Experienced Automotive Repair Technicians do:

　　Accurately perform maintenance and advanced automotive repairs/diagnosis for engine repair, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/ steering, brakes, ABS/traction control, electrical, and heating/AC.

　　Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

　　What you will need to succeed:

　　Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance through previous experience as an Automotive Technician

　　Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or ability to obtain in 12 months - paid for by AAA) or car dealer certifications

　　Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.

　　Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record and the ability to operate passenger vehicles and light- and medium-duty trucks with automatic and manual transmissions.

　　The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
