Developand implement integrated change strategies that promote adoption andoptimize business benefits across a broad portfolio of changeinitiatives that impact one or more large stakeholder groups. Ensurecoordinated delivery to optimize the change experience for affectedstakeholder groups. Manage and influence potential impact of changes topeople, process, technology, organization, and culture. Partner withbusiness leadership across multiple departments and functions to designplanning and program delivery approaches that promote user centricbusiness solutions and ensure change strategies align with the businessstrategy and vision. Create and build efficient change managementstructures that support an integrated delivery approach and providedirection and oversight to one or more change teams to ensurepredictable execution and realization of benefits.
