About the Role:

　　Consultant with quality experience of implementation on

　　enterprise software products, and customers business specific requirements.

　　This position is key to deliver the on-going projects, guide customers on best

　　practices, provide cutting edge solutions for SumTotal customers.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Consult on integration with other enterprise systems through file transfers and API based integrations

　　Deploy integration with SSO systems for seamless login

　　Designing and developing reports and queries

　　Support customer testing of the solution and address any issues

　　Manage ongoing consulting relationships and drive a positive customer experience

　　Deadline and detail-oriented

　　Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

　　Skills & Behaviors:

　　Experience with business applications such as Word, Excel and Project, time tracking systems and issue management systems.

　　Experience in data migration from other systems, including validation, data cleansing and data mapping

　　Demonstrable expert knowledge of some or all of the following technologies: Jaspersoft reporting or similar data warehouse solutions, SQL Server queries, basic HTML/CSS, REST API, web hooks

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability

　　Strong interpersonal skills

　　Open to travel to customer sites in APAC/India as required

　　Communication & coordination

　　Presentation: Ability to drive the discussion towards controlling project scope and schedules.

　　Customer Satisfaction

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent professional experience

　　2-3 years of relevant work experience (i.e consulting preferrably in HCM or ERP)

　　Mandatory- Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite (Office 365), Microsoft Project.

　　Experience with usage of tools like: Salesforce (SFDC), OpenAir (PSA), MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive desirable.

　　Basic technological knowledge of some of the following: SQL, JavaScript, XML, Jasper or Business Objects or SSRS based reporting solutions , SQL Server or Oracle, IIS, firewalls, proxies, SMTP, general Windows OS, and network security.

　　Assets and accelerators - White Papers, best practices, productivity levers, thought leadership to enable cheaper-better-faster implementation solutions to clients.
