We are seeking an Assistant Officer to join our Global Core Operations team, based in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

  Global Core Operations is a first-line business division with Computershare responsible for servicing of issuers and shareholders and undertaking operational activities such as IPO execution, Corporate Actions such as Rights Issue, Cash Offer and including dividend and payments, Share Movement regarding transfer, allotment and cross-border removal of shares, Corporate Communication and Shareholder maintenance and lost holder recovery.

  A role you will love

  The Customer Operations Assistant Officer will work closely with all Operation teams and Investor Services Team to ensure all shareholders' instructions will be carried out timely and accurately. The incumbent is responsible for sorting, scanning incoming mails and transfer documents, classification on shareholder request and forwarding incoming faxes and emails to responsible teams in accordance with SLA and procedures.

  Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  Ensure incoming documents including incoming mails, transfer document, proxy forms and corporate action forms etc. are sorted in accordance with relevant procedure and SLAEnsure the sorted documents are scanned in accordance with relevant procedure and met business goal of same day scanning Arrange the delivery of sorted/scanned documents to responsible teamsEnsure incoming emails and faxes forwarded to the responsible teams in timely mannerClassification for incoming mail related to shareholder request Support client facing team for all corporate activities if neededUndertake ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by managementWork independently and under pressure

  What will you bring to the role?

  It would be essential to be a DSE graduate or above and have at least 2 years of working experience. You will bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team. You will be self-motivated, well-organized and an eye for detail.

  Other key skills required for the role include:

  Proficient in PC skills including MS Excel and WordProficient in reading, writing and speaking in English and Chinese
