Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Florence, KY location.
Duties: Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Partner cross-functionally to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve problems/projects through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to overall architecture blueprint. Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation utilizing advanced knowledge of system flow. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, including architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Define issues and develop innovative solutions. Implement solutions per approved designs to meet stated requirements. Refine defined requirements to determine design solutions. Integrate technical solutions and remediate issues. Advise mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as an Application Developer, Software Architect, or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Performing system analysis and programming of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) software applications; Serving as Software Lead for ATM Vulnerability assessments including ATM setup, configuration and support; Managing and implementing ATM Software projects, including using Diebold Nixdorf hardware and software stack; Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of ATM applications security development, including OS Hardening, Firewall Rules, Certificate Management, Encryption, and VPN; Designing and developing applications across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing Agile/Scrum, troubleshooting issues, building and storing them; .NET development and providing application support with Microsoft .NET; and using Microsoft Powershell, BitBucket, Github, Artifactory, JIRA, AWS S3 Bucket, Confluence, and Jenkins for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). 40 hrs./wk.
