What you’ll do:
• Prepare and compile of monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliation for the Global financial accounting team to ensure compliance with established internal and external accounting guidelines and requirements, including GAAP and internal control, and ensure the integrity of leaders is maintained. Support debarment in on-going Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.
• Acquire and Maintain bank accounts information and reports, as well as Oracle general ledger accounting data and perform the compilation of the reconciliations.
• Month End Accounting support for corporate ledgers (Journal entries, allocations and reconciliations)
• Support the transition of work for benefit accounting by posting monthly entries for pension and OPEB.
• ICA balancing support.
• Participate in Treasury lead activities to implement Quantum for recording and reconciling cash transactions.
• Participate in solutioning/implementing standardized cash reconciliation processes.
• Compile FBAR report of Bank/GL account balance and variance.
• Provide information and analysis for management decision-making. Gather and analyze data for special and ad-hoc reporting.
• Asist with recommendation, development and implementation of process improvements in support of departmental goals.
• Provide adhoc data and reporting as required.
• Prepare and post global recharges and allocations.
Qualifications:
• Degreed Accountant; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred
