Position Description
Primary purpose:
The Analyst - Security SR IT will be responsible for supporting Identity Access Management to include tracking issues raised from systems, in-house developed scripts and users, communication status on open issues, consulting with Subject Matter Experts to ensure problems are resolved, and management of entire problem resolution lifecycle.
The successful candidate will possess the skill set to install, test, and make ready for production the Identity Access Management solution.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Install, test, and make ready for production the SailPoint IdentityIQ software.
Use SailPoint IdentityIQ library of connectors and advanced integrations to intelligently govern access to all essential business applications.
Manage access as users join, move, or leave.
Control access to essential business tools.
Gain insights into user access patterns.
Enable and secure work from anywhere.
Provide detailed audit reports.
Streamline certification processes with increased visibility.
Assist management with the adoption of all the SailPoint Identity IQ functionality.
Continually bring forth opportunities to expand the use of the SailPoint Identity IQ software.
Continually identify manual solutions and find solutions to automate.
Identity and support provisioning and attestation processes.
Understanding and execution of full identity provisioning and attestation processes.
Comprehensive understanding of network and networking protocols.
Data manipulation by taking data and integrating it from one application to the next.
Writing and integration of scripts/programs with third party and in-house developed software systems.
Investigate, remediate, and follow up on user access and identity concerns.
Remain current with the latest Identity Access Management attacker tools, attacker techniques, public incidents, and new technologies.
Provide expert recommendations for Identity Access Management projects and projects that may impact the cybersecurity posture for Kinder Morgan.
Drive a commitment to excellence and continual improvement.
Position Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years verifiable technical experience in the Identity Access Management field
Experience / specific knowledge:
Extensive experience in installing, testing and making ready for production the SailPoint IdentityIQ software in the business and operational network.
3+ years of development and troubleshooting SailPoint IdentityIQ Implementation.
Experience supporting Java, Shell and SailPoint applications.
Scripting ability (PowerShell, Java development skills, bash scripting, and shell scripting).
Experience with T-SQL queries and MS SQL Database.
Experience with Identity Access Management virtual appliances, workflows, and connectors.
Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, VLOOKUP"s and Pivot tables).
Ability to maneuver through Linux server.
Familiar with Windows and UNIX commands (know how to use and manipulate files from command).
Ability to login to servers and extract required data to run reports from those servers.
Flexibility to work off hours for 24/7/365 support.
Strong time management and "attention to detail" skills.
Proven track record managing multiple deadlines effectively as well as efficiently managing time and priorities
Ability to develop strong rapport with upper-level management and other IT departments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, enterprise level environment.

Strong familiarity of Active Directory and its objects, more specifically around properties and how values are stored.
Identity Access Management virtual appliances, workflows, and connectors.
Strong familiarity with CSV Flat file data and data manipulation around building scripts.

Preferred education, experience, certifications, competencies, skills, and abilities: Above the minimum requirements; not required but advantageous in this position:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 5+ years verifiable technical experience in the Identity Access Management field to include IT and OT.
SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer.
Broad understanding of risk management practices and Identity Access Management program development including change management and access control.
An aptitude for coding system integrations and building and maintaining high volume identity services in a collaborative environment.
Experience maintaining the Security team's portfolio of Identity Management, Password Management, and credentialing applications.
Experience in an architectural capacity, providing the appropriate information and planning required for new technology and policy deployments.
Understanding of regulatory (Sarbanes Oxley, FERC, TSA) requirements
NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, IEC62443
