Project Elevate is a transformation program focused on process, technology, risk and data within the Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement functions at T-Mobile.Your responsibilities will focus on supporting the administration and management of the Data Portfolio within Project Elevate. This position will serve a critical role in supporting the management of deliverables, budget, content, and communications associated with the Data Portfolio and larger Elevate Program. This role with work closely with project team members including portfolio leadership, functional process experts and advisory consultants. You'll contribute to the success of T-Mobile by efficiently running the projects that transform the way we lead, analyze and report data.Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier?What you will do:Assist with management of the Data Portfolio deliverables, inclusive of supervising deliverables against project milestones and monitoring spend against a defined budget.Participate in status updates at the Data Portfolio and Project Elevate level with a focus on identifying cross-project dependencies and impediments to achieving project objectives.Support project personnel with onboarding by providing a project overview, team member map, objectives, and deliverables.Assist project personnel with acquiring access to applications and content.Collaborate on the creation of content to advise project team members on objectives, including concise communication of required engagement and action items.Apply critical thinking to navigate impediments to portfolio objectives (e.g., revisions to project roadmap, resource or budget constraints, scope changes).Support task management using Agile methodology and tools (Jira).Demonstrate a multifaceted skillset to flex to support the needs of the Data Portfolio as it evolves throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience as a program or project manager.2-4 years Working experience in process improvement, gap analysis, requirements gathering or other related experience. (Required)Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management or similar.Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey needs, status, and objectives to team members.Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software, as well as excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.Ability to work successfully in both autonomous and team environments.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.License or Certification(s):CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management professional is a plus.Education:Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance (Preferred)#LI-Corporate#LI-Hybrid* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United StatesWashington Pay Range : $86,000.00 - $116,400.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.
