  Aetna International is looking to expand its team with a Korean speaking Account Manager. This individual will focus on providing proactive account management to retain and grow our Korean Vertical.

   Position Summary

  • Develop and execute a client centric strategy

  • Meet with clients virtually or in-person as needed to discuss service and strategy

  • Identify gaps in client needs and develop solutions

  • Leads resolution of systemic issues with other areas

  • Provides client with Aetna International updates

  • Collaborate with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives

  • Lead the discussion and presentation of the annual renewal

  • Cultivate in group growth opportunities

  • Overseas plan administration activities, including plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas

  • Manages open enrollment activities

   Required Qualifications

  Must have Insurance license or obtain within 90 days of employment, as required by state law.

  Must be able to speak Korean.

   Preferred Qualifications

  3-5 years industry or customer service experience. Strong project management and negotiation skills.

   Education

  College degree preferred.

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $48,300.00 - $99,300.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
