  Monitoring Care Management Center main phone line.

  Monitoring Care Management Center mail.

  Supporting Utilization Management faxes and phone line.

  Monitors and maintains supply inventory; ordering supplies as needed. Receives and reconciles supply orders and invoices.

  Scheduling meetings, reserving room location and setting up Zoom.

  Monitoring Medicare Observation and Inpatient forms (confirming documentation in EPIC/PowerChart before sending to Medical Records).

  Maintaining department SharePoint site.

  Monitoring formula cabinet par levels and reordering as needed.

  Monitoring CVS special funds (match CVS receipts with CVS invoices and update Excel tracker).

  Requesting and tracking requests for engineering services and office maintenance/key orders.

  Handling requests for business cards which includes setup and ordering.

  Assisting with technology requests/issues (ordering new technology, setup and support including both hardware and software).

  Processing invoice payments in PeopleSoft both General Funds and Special Funds.

  Processing OAR (system access) requests.

  Managing the Durable Medical Equipment closet inventory and providing paperwork support.

  Other duties as assigned.

  To qualify, you must have:

  Work requires a high school level of educational development or GED.

  Minimum one year of administrative experience required.

  Work requires an in‑depth knowledge and understanding of the department and hospital programs, policies, procedures and information related to his/her functions and services.

  Work requires initiative in improving operations within area/department, and the ability to assists in implementing changes.

  Work requires the ability to assist in overseeing the daily activities of co-workers to help plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments.
