  Accounts Payable Associate Charleston WV

  Monday ? Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

  Starting pay rate: $18.00/hour

  This is a temp to hire opportunity with Excellent benefits and the opportunity for hybrid remote after permanent hire

  Requirement: High School Diploma or GED

  *Skills and Qualifications: * Prefer at least 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable , Banking or any accounting clerk field. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic understanding of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.What will you be doing?

  · Some invoice entry

  · Maintaining the utility accounts

  · Monitoring the workflow rejection queue to ensure that a valid invoice is not rejected

  · Working daily and weekly reports to clear Procurement Match Errors on invoices

  · Assist Inventory Accounting, Accounting, and the Tax group with error resolution

  · Verify payments for accuracy

  Full training provided by an Sr Accounting Clerk
