About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and upcoming Accounts whiz to join our Finance department on a part time basis. If numbers are your thing, this may be the role for you!
Key Duties
Complete postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes
Organize and maintain all files, records and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
Record, store, access, and / or analyze computerized financial information
Summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified
Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs
Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts
Document, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances according to SOPs
Act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution
Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs
Specific Requirements
Accurate and systematic data entry skills with ability to handle high volume of transactions
Well-developed written and spoken communicational skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills allowing to handle multiple priorities
Previous hotel experience preferred
Punctual and well-presented
