Our client in Hibbing is looking for a Receptionist/Accounting Clerk, order entry and sales invoicing for a multi-company organization. Weekly and monthly sales reporting. Monthly inventory and miscellaneous account reconciliation. Provide supporting documentation for audits. Maintain files. Opening and distributing mail. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Order Office supplies. Maintain confidentiality. Other office and accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications: Knowledge of A/R and Invoicing Knowledge of Inventory Knowledge of general accounting procedures. Proficient in data entry. Pay depends on experience.
