As one of the Account Managers for Accenture Canvas, you play a critical role. You’ll manage multiple projects within and across accounts, as well as the strategic partner across all our collaborators (M+C, Brand, and the business). You will collaborate amongst a global team to ensure we deliver creative excellence across the projects you manage that are true-to-brief and delivered on time and within scope.
You are also a great listener, understand the big picture, emotionally aware, and an expert at negotiating relationships – to do what is right, for M+C and all of Accenture. You understand the business problems, see opportunities, and shape a winning approach. You will help to cultivate relationships and create the right conditions for our people to collaborate, ideate, create, and build trust so our Brand can thrive.

Key responsibilities
· Manage multiple projects within and across accounts and serve as the strategic partner across all our collaborators (M+C, Brand, and the business)
· Work closely with the project management and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within scope
· Help to ensure that projects are strategically aligned and prioritized
· Continually look to improve the way we work as account managers, as well as with our partners
· Be a champion for great creative
· Help to drive brand consistency and coherence
· Defend team ideas, celebrate accomplishments, and take care of our people
· Maintain high standards and ensuring only the best outcomes are shared with our partners

Job Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications role
· Preferred with minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a Marketing or Communications agency
