As an Account Executive for ourEnterprise clients, you will be responsible for managing and growingexisting accounts valued over \$1M+ annually, by identifying keydecision makers and developing relationships to drive revenue growth andcustomer satisfaction. You will work closely with a dynamic sales andsales enablement team to achieve sales targets and create meaningfulbusiness relationships. * Develop and execute account-specificstrategies to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction.* Identify key decision-makers within client organizations andestablish strong, enduring relationships with them. * Meet or exceedannual sales targets as presented by sales leadership. * Overallvision, goals, and strategy to support and grow portfolio of accounts.* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients todrive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. * Develop and executecomprehensive account strategies and plans to achieve revenue and salesgoals by researching information about the customer\'s business as wellas their buying habits. Conduct thorough needs assessment with eachcustomer to understand how they are using Lands\' End products anduncover new sales opportunities and other buyers within the company. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, such asmarketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure thatclient needs are met, and that client feedback is incorporated intoproduct and service improvements. * Proactively manage the salesprocess, from initial contact through negotiation to closure. * Conductpresentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to maintain andexpand within existing accounts. * Maintain a deep understanding ofindustry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics. * Effectivelyuse CRM tools to manage client data and sales pipeline. * Prepare andpresent regular sales reports to the management team. * Act as asubject matter expert on Lands\' End products and services, providingin-depth product knowledge and support to clients. * Provideexceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concernspromptly.
