Regulate and control waste, remove hazardous material, chip tile withscrapers, remove drywall, use harness when on a lift. Also includes,mold, lead, and water remediation.
Must lift/carry 40 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday workrequired, when necessary. Employer conducts drug testing on all workersin the position, foreign and domestic, at random and upon suspicion ofuse. All workers hired for the position are subject to post-offer,pre-employment E-Verify and background checks. On-the-job training willbe provided to the worker.
Employer pays in advance or reimburses workers in the first workweek forall government-mandated and visa-related fees (excluding passport fees).For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normal commutingdistance), employer arranges and pays directly for inbound travel costsno later than upon completion of the first half of the contract (the 50percent point). Inbound travel includes transportation costs fromworkers permanent residence or place of recruitment to the place ofemployment, a daily subsistence for meals, and reasonable lodging costs,if applicable. Subsistence reimbursements based on rates specified inthe Federal Register (currently \$15.46 per day minimum, or \$59.00 perday maximum for workers with acceptable receipts). Transportationreimbursements based on workers actual cost, not to exceed the mosteconomical common carrier transportation costs for distances involved.Employer provides or pays outbound travel costs to same workers uponcompletion of the contract period or early dismissal, except where theworker has subsequent employment.
Employer guarantees to offer hours equal to at least three-fourths ofthe workdays in each 12-week period of the total contract period,beginning with the first workday after the worker arrives at the placeof employment and ending on the contract end date or any extensionthereof. Employer may count all hours worked, as well as any hoursoffered within the standard work schedule that a worker chooses to notwork, up to the maximum number of daily hours on the job order.
Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are not entitled to paymentfor outbound travel costs or the full three-fourths period guaranteedescribed above.
Employer will provide without charge all tools, supplies and equipmentnecessary to perform duties assigned.
Employer assists non-local workers to secure worker-paid lodging, ifnecessary. Rental payments are paid by workers directly to propertyowner and are not payroll deducted.
WORKSITE LOCATION:
2202 W Medtronic Way, Suite 108, Tempe, AZ 85281 and multiple worksiteswithin Maricopa, Pinal, Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham,Greenlee, La Paz, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Santa Cruz, Yavapai & Yumacounties. Employer provides incidental transportation between worksitesas needed.
WAGES:
Wage rate is no less than \$20.04/per hour. Overtime hours vary at:\$30.06 /per hour.
Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specifiedoccupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factorsincluding work performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will beused to compute wages due. The payroll period is weekly. Workers arepaid by check on Friday. The standard work schedule is Monday throughFriday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Employer may offer more than thestated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and otherconditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exactworking hours.
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer d es notenvision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Voluntary deductionsmust be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following:Voluntary advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaidby pre-authorized payroll deductions. The employer offers optionalemployee health insurance and retirement plans to its workers;participation in any such plan is voluntary. Employer will deduct forunreturned company equipment provided to worker upon hire. Employerassists non-local workers to secure worker-paid lodging, if necessary.Rental payments are paid by workers directly to property owner and arenot payroll deducted.
