　　Job Summary:Work closely with IS technical staff to standardize and document approved procedures in the configuration, validation, and troubleshooting of workstation applications and operating systems. Responsible for standardizing VM workstation images and management, Microsoft cloud integrations with Azure, administering group policy changes, and enterprise workstation cybersecurity components. Training computer technicians in the implementation of approved procedures. Assist Lead Help Desk Analyst with equipment and workstation support documentation and training for help desk staff.

　　Minimum Requirements:Associates degree in a technology-related field. Two years of experience in end-user workstation support and maintenance.
