This role is part of the HR Information Technology team ( MD : Katherine E. Baker) within broader HR Information, Analytics & Insights organization.
The Corporate HR Solution Architect Specialist for Pay Our People will operate within the Pay Our People release train of the Workday for Accenture program. This individual will be responsible (in collaboration with team members in US /India/Europe) f or balancing projects and operations including :
deliver y of incremental country deployments of Payment Elections across LATAM /Europe .
act as a SME for Workday employee /payment election data
collaborating with Payroll team to support the Payroll transformation roadmap in LATAM/Europe .
day-to-day operational support for transactions originating in Workday ensuring integrity of data flow with downstream integration (SAP, MRDR, PDD ) and via direct Payroll integration (where implemented) .
Applicants with experience in Workday/SAP Core HR transactions a nd/or Payroll are encouraged to apply; familiarity with current Enterprise processes ( e.g. Hire, Change Job, Request Compensation Change , Separation etc.) and associated data model /data flow will be beneficial.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: functional support, issue management , bug investigation, creation of enhancement requests, assessing security requests, periodic Workday/ SAP releases testing, cutover, and stabilization.
In this capacity, the Corporate HR Solution Architect acts as SME for various teams and hence should maintain collaborative , two-way communication through multiple channels (support tickets, emails, calls, formal written communications) and able to create effective documentation.
Key responsabilities:
Support enhancements to functionality, technology, interfaces, reports etc for Workday including Prioritization, Design, Test (UAT, regression, rekey) and implementation within the Workday for Accenture operational architecture ( SAFe )
Coordinate with DevSecOps teams to develop recommendations for enhancement prioritization , resolution of errors and other system investigations
Develop comprehensive test scripts, scenarios and data for testing of fixes / enhancements
Collaborate with distributed peer HR IT team members and CIO DevSecOps teams throughout full life cycle of design and testing
Execute testing process including coordinating appropriate testing resources, as needed, from user groups impacted by a PBI/Bug
Document UAT test results of fixes / enhancements and sign off for the release
Support implementation and stabilization
Educate users of the applications via communication and change management
Manage stakeholders (expectations, status, sign-off)
Collaborate with HR IT team members across geographies (Americas, Europe, APAC) to support Pay Our People processes and applications
Lead functional / technical support for current Payment Election configuration within broader Accenture Business Operations support model
Drive coordination and prioritization of incidents
Maintain awareness of Pay Our People security design and participation in regular Security Audits as required by Core HR Security Lead

As part of a global operations team supporting Workday and SAP HR there will be the need for this role to occasionally be flexibl e inc calls outside normal working hour s .
Desirable experience includes:
Experience of Workday application inc Payment Elections / Core HR functional transactions
Experience of Payroll (particularly ADP/Alight)
Experience of SAP HR system and HR functional transactions
Experience of delivering HR Application Support services to internal clients
Experience of test methodologies and test execution
Human Resources / Payroll / Project Management / SAFe / Agile are relevant
