  This position serves as the primary technical resource for and representative of Seismic, Eloqua and other eMarketing platforms, driving the operationalization of technology enhancements for the LOB. The role will plan and coordinate closely with LOB/function managers and subject matter experts to define and drive the gathering of business requirements and post-implementation refinements.

  The individual in this position will work closely with and provide direction to technology leads to support program needs, while absorbing and working within infrastructure architecture, cyber blueprint, and data model.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Provides ongoing day-to-day support for edits, publication and configuration changes, as well as developing out-of-the-box features and reporting. Proactively manages product/feature releases to leverage and assess impact on behalf of LOB, as well as overall coordination with Salesforce partners. Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization and align with Truist strategic objectives. Installs an appropriate risk management plan for the program. Serves as point of contact to the Seismic and other platforms external team for platform projects, system issues, and new tool implementations. Works closely with the content delivery team to develop sales enablement strategies that optimize the use of Seismic and align with LOB goals and objectives. Ensures collaboration across LOBs with key functional partners in the implementation of initiatives. Proactively challenge the performance of current systems and processes and identifies risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary risk mitigation steps are built into the processes. Readily recognizes solution and determines at what point issues require escalation to management. Provides project-related performance evaluations on project resources.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant filed, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 5-10 years in financial services/project management capacity Ability to influence across a broad spectrum of partners and complexities; . strong skills and experience in issue resolution, Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity, leading and driving program deliverables Experience implementing projects by articulating a vision, presenting facts and integrating program management capabilities and practices that enable the organization to achieve its objectives. Strong leadership capabilities Ability to creatively problem solve Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Demonstrated high technical proficiency of Seismic, Eloqua, Salesforce and other CRM/eMarketing platforms Experience in consulting or process improvement related role Advanced degree in a relevant field of work (e.g., MBA). PMP and/or PgMP Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement, facilitation, and project management methodologies Background in content creation and familiarity with business development practices Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrixed organization In-depth knowledge of management and planning systems theory and practical application to complex initiatives Experience with financial measurements and metrics
