　　The Welcome Ambassador is responsible for :

　　Welcoming our guests in front of the hotel

　　Taking care of their car and their luggage

　　Handling guest requests and complaints that are directed to them

　　Driving guests when requested

　　As a Welcome Ambassador you are responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests making sure all requests are approached in order to offer them Wow moments.

　　PROFILE

　　You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of our team.

　　You have experience in Guest Service department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment.

　　You have a natural affinity to styling trends.

　　You are creative and always think of new ways of doing things.

　　Be in possession of a car licence for more than 3 years

　　Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance

　　You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience

　　Position to be filled from April 2024, for a one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal
