  Position

  SAS has an opening for a Web-Based Revenue Operation Specialist. Responsible for managing all processes and systems used for web-based revenue management including order execution, management of inventory and master data management. This position will require collaboration with both internal and external business partners.

  Owns key B2B & B2C operations and execution including placement and measurement to grow business and relationships with our accounts and consumers.

  Gain and maintain product knowledge on all SAS items, believe that SAS is the best American-made quality comfort footwear, and demonstrate enthusiasm and belief for the product and the company's philosophy through your daily interactions with customers.

  Job Responsibilities

  B2C:

  Site Metrics, Analytics and Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports, analyze site and consumer email metrics from systems and provide best-practice insight and recommendations on a full range of KPIs.

  Site Functionality and Platform Performance: Develop, oversee and improve processes required to efficiently run the B2C.

  Monitor and maintain correct pricing, photos, and descriptions for all items on B2C including new release styles.

  Communicate any discrepancies and provide solutions to supervisor.

  Creation of SOP related to policies and procedures for all day to day and project activities in conjunction with appropriate departments.

  Review pre-season goods with supervisor and input into the forecast tool.

  Other duties as assigned including but not limited to participation in monthly or quarterly inventories as needed.

  Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

  Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance company goals.

  Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.

  Administer search engine programs and tools for purposes of diagnostic reporting.

  Develop and implement link building/outreach campaigns, perform back link analysis, opportunity identification, solicitation and optimization

  B2B

  Communicate needed changes to operational procedures including Sales initiatives, SOP creation and/or updates on B2B.

  Review pre-season shoes and create windows for input of orders

  Use forecasting tracking tools to review accuracy of confirmed sales orders and immediately address discrepancies as needed on B2B

  Monitor orders and availability of goods to meet the orders on a weekly basis, including cancelled, incorrect, or unconfirmed orders on B2B.

  Site Functionality and Platform Performance: Develop, oversee and improve processes required to efficiently run the B2B platform.

  Communicate any discrepancies and provide solutions to supervisor.

  Report any accounting concerns to supervisor and Finance.

  Creation of SOP related to policies and procedures for all day to day and project activities in conjunction with appropriate departments.

  Other duties as assigned including but not limited to participation in monthly or quarterly inventories as needed.

  Job Qualifications

  Highly motivated with strong leadership and management abilities.

  Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and internal reporting tool.

  Experience with site audit tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMRush.

  Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.

  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detailed oriented and meticulous

  Effective communications skills; verbal, written and presentation

  Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities

  Able to manage own priorities, set own work objectives and proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions

  Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision

  Physical Requirements

  Must be able to sit or stand for 8 – 10 hours.

  Manual dexterity and coordination

  Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer, visual inspection, and prepare and analyze projects.

  Comfortable using a computer.

  Education & Experience Requirements

  College Degree or 5 or more years in web based operations (B2B and B2C) or related field.

  Flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the business during peak times

  Bilingual or Spanish speaking a plus.

  Intermediate experience with Excel.

  Preferred experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Microsoft AX 365,

  Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet navigation tools or similar platforms.
