　　Job Summary

　　The WEB Pharmacy Technician assists the Pharmacist Manager of the WEB Pharmacy and/or the staff pharmacist on duty in performing routine and non-routine activities associated with the WEB Pharmacy.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Education

　　High school diploma.

　　Licensure/

　　Certification

　　· Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of employment

　　· Pharmacy technician certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) required.

　　Experience

　　Two years experience as a retail pharmacy experience preferred.

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

　　· Knowledge of drug names, medical terminology.

　　· Basic math skills.

　　· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to teammates, patients, supervisors and providers.

　　· Attention to detail and a good work ethic.

　　· Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a high-volume environment.

　　· Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

　　· Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new pharmacy software rapidly.

　　· Ability to tolerate latex products and exposure to hazardous drugs.

　　· Ability to stand or walk on uncarpeted floors and work in close conditions for duration of shift.
