　　Role: Web Content Specialist

　　Job Description:

　　As a Web Content Specialist in the industrial-scale world, your primary responsibility will be to assess and manage web content. You will collaborate directly with product managers, reviewing and ensuring the quality of copy on the website. This involves tagging hundreds of pieces of content appropriately. The ideal candidate should be independent, requiring minimal supervision.

　　Your role includes making web content readable for the average consumer while infusing it with SEO value. Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus, but direct experience with platforms like Joomla or WordPress is not a strict requirement.

　　This position is a contract-interim solution, with the potential for contract-to-hire based on your skillset. The company culture is characterized by a growth curve in a fast-paced environment. While family-owned, it has grown beyond a small business. There is a focus on fostering a collaborative atmosphere where ideas are welcomed. Manufacturing experience is desirable.

　　The work arrangement can initially be 100% onsite, with a transition to a hybrid or completely remote setup later on. Flexibility is key, with the expectation of showing up enough to become familiar with everyone on the team.

　　Budget:

　　Hourly Rate: $35-45/hr

　　Minimum 15 hours a week, broken into 3 days onsite with a few hours each day. The possibility of increased hours exists, but a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week is offered.

　　Working hours: 8-5 pm

　　Duration:

　　Contract to hire is a possibility, but it is likely based on performance and fit within the organization.
